She has a special interest in the health benefits of stress reduction and is also a qualified nurse with many years of practice experience.
Julie is also a Reiki Master and offers Reiki Training in the Usui Method of Natural Healing and a fully qualified and recognised teacher of Traditional Indian Rishi -Culture Ashtanga Yoga having completed an intensive 13-month Yoga teacher training course in the UK & India.
