So you've found the home of your dreams.   Only you think you're experiencing something a little out of the ordinary;  maybe there are cold spots or you find kitchen cabinets open when you swore you closed them.  You catch sight of something corner of your eye. These aren't chance occurrences.

When we first visit a home where there is some activity going on, the residents usually  describe feeling a presence, or a feeling  of heaviness in the home,"
Sometimes it can be the land that the property is built on, depending on how old the home is. Depends on also what the experience is.

For the most part, Joolz and Jamie work in the affected home but we can scan remotely before we arrive.

After working clearing homes and space for 25 years, we have cleared hundreds of houses all around the U.K. Over the years, I have developed a kind of "protocol" on how to proceed depending on the entity / spirit  we are  encountering, whether it be malevolent or simply hanging around with nowhere else to go.

If someone calls me with concerns about their home,  we have an initial chat about history of the situation.  On our first visit we enter the house and spend some time scanning the space to see what we pick up on, before we decide on a course of action.  Discussing everything with the home owner.

Recently whilst clearing a home where there had been problems for over four years.  We discovered four separate spirits, one of which was an elderly lady called Marjore who had died alone and lonely. She used to stand at the open window smoking watching the World go by.
There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway of the home.  I connected with her and explained that it was now time to leave. That the family now living here were the new guardians of the home. They would take care of it, also reassuing her that when she crossed into spirit there would be others waiting to greet her.  She would be surrounded by love.

Sometimes an earth bound spirit is left confused not realising what has happened.
Meaning no harm they carry on doing what they have always done.
Like a repeat T.V show on a loop.

As our guide stepped in to take her over we were aware of family members coming to greet her .
Days like this are so worthwhile.
The whole room was lighter and not a trace of cigarette smoke!
In the same house was the spirit of a man.
He had been apart of the previous building where the house now stood back in the 1970s.
He was totally different energy.
Quite angry and extremely negative energy.
He really did his best over the last four years to to get the family to move. It's a testament to their strength that they didn't!

When doing my first meeting with the family they told me that the lady they had bought the house from had told them she hated the house!
I can tell you the house itself is a beautiful building mountain views in a sleepy village.
So persuaded by the beauty of the area and a perfect bungalow the present family moved in.
A list of unexplainable events followed.
Illness and injury.
Like so many people this lovely family didn't want to tell others what they were thinking.
Could all this be down to paranormal activity?

On the day of the clearing we asked the family if they were happy to leave us alone in the house .
I often request this gives us clear space to work and also often people affected are quite sensitive to spirit presence and negative energy, particularly children and pets.
As soon as they left the building the T.V volume switched up to maximum and the  land line began to ring yet there was no one on the line.
They weren't happy we were here!
I have worked alone for years but now I'm blessed to work with Jamie has been my student for past four years.
Our connection when working together with our guides is amazing and its good for me to have Jamie beside me to help. So once the t.v and phone were off we set to work.
Get out! Get out! Get out!
The man began to shout - he was having none of it

Like people you meet every day no two spirits are the same.  We deal with each one individually. So as you can imagine if there are a few in one home it can take awhile!

Protection is paramount.
We are not invincible and work with protection, respect and healing.
Our guides are the powerful ones here.
We are grateful to work with and beside them.

Mischievous spirits may move objects. Your purse, keys, they may cause problems with electrical items. Remember we are all energy.
So if they want to get your attention that's a sure way to do it.
Flickering lights, TV turning on or off radio and so much more.
This kind of activity is often found when someone moves into a new home and starts to make alterations, take down walls,
build extentions, move doorways, etc..  You're changing the place that they once lived. So they often let you know !

Also spirit children.
We recently had a child spirit, a little girl around 10 years old.
Lovely energy but very mischievous.
When we explained to her where our guides were taking her, she asked a list of questions. If she could have a dog and a cat!
We reassued her the were lots of dogs and cats for her to love.
As she crossed over I looked over at Jamie he was in tears.  It was an emotional crossing.

Whilst we are at the home we also clear stuck energy that accumulates from bad feeling, arguments general negative energy

Sometime this can be a problem for people who are trying to sell.their home. Its a lovely house but just isn't selling?
Have you ever been into a building had that gut feeling that you just don't like it?  I hear people say "it just doesn't feel right" .
After a clearing the house either sells quickly or sometimes the sellers decide not to move!
The energy is different and they love it again!  This applies to any building or land.
Work places,  halls, I've even cleared block of stables where the horses wouldn't settle at night!

We often are asked if we encounter anything evil or malevolent.
I wish I could say no but yes we do but not too often but of course it can happen.
This is a totally different situation as something that isn't human isn't going to Spirit world.

The negative entity can in a very different way be removed. Taking with it any problems attached to residents with it.
The emotional and mental problems can cause sleep disturbances. I witnessed some entities that will disturb a person's thought process and emotions so much that the person believes they're being tortured or believes that something really nasty is going to happen to them.

This part of our work is quite complex so an explanation how we do this is difficult to explain and takes years of experience.
